Your fleet is the heart of FleetOS — nothing can be booked until at least one vessel exists. Open the dashboard and go to Fleet, then choose Add Boat. Give the vessel a name, pick a vessel type (yacht, catamaran, pontoon, sailboat, and so on), and fill in the basics like length and guest capacity.
Capacity matters more than it looks. The number you set here becomes the guest dropdown on your public booking form, so a 12-guest pontoon will only ever let a customer request up to 12 people. Set it to the real, legal number of passengers the boat can carry.
Next, set how the boat is priced. You can charge per day, per week, per hour, or mark the vessel as "call for rate" if you'd rather quote privately. You can change this at any time, so start with whatever is closest and refine later.
Add at least one good photo. The image you upload here is what guests see on your booking site and, if you choose to list it, on the FleetOS marketplace. A clear, bright shot of the whole boat converts far better than a dark dock photo.
Once the vessel is saved it immediately appears on your branded fleet page, ready to accept booking requests. If you don't want it visible yet, you can keep it unavailable until you've finished setting up pricing and hours.
