The fine print, without the fine print.

Is it really free?
Yes. Every module — booking engine, CRM, fleet, crew, finance, marketing, your branded website — is included at $0/month with no trial clock and no credit card to start. The platform earns only when you do.
What exactly is the 5% fee?
When a booking completes, a 5% server-maintenance fee comes out of that booking’s total. It keeps your site, database, and booking engine running. No bookings this month? Then you pay nothing this month.
I already have a website I like. Do I have to give it up?
No. FleetOS can run headless behind your existing site — booking, scheduling, and the full CRM under your own domain. You still get a FleetOS storefront and marketplace listing, and both share one booking API so availability never overlaps.
What does the AI Assistant add-on cost?
It’s a flat monthly module with usage credits included — voice in six languages and AI boat imagery. You only pay beyond the flat fee if you exceed the included credits. Contact us to enable it on your account.
Can I own FleetOS outright?
Yes — we white-label the complete product for a single charter company: your servers, your brand, unlimited users, staff, and contractors. Talk to sales for licensing.
What about bookings from the FleetOS Marketplace?
Bookings taken through your own site carry the 5% fee. Charters sourced through the FleetOS Marketplace channel carry the marketplace commission instead — you only ever pay one or the other, never both.

Why operators choose FleetOS

A marketplace listing rents your boat once. FleetOS gives you the whole business — your brand, your customers, your software — and lists you on the marketplace too.
